A not so merry christmas photo

Winkey dog with Santa Claus

If only I could describe to you the picture of chaos that was going on before, during, and after the shooting of this photo. I’ve mentioned Winkey’s affinity for public displays of aggressiveness towards other dogs before, but this was truly the first time his antics have taken place against the backdrop of, “FREE DOG PHOTO WITH SANTA WITH DONATION TO ANIMAL SHELTER!”

Even Santa was a little afraid, and that overweight dude slides himself down chimneys every year.

WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Maybe it’s because he realized the Santa isn’t real based on his obvious brown hair under his white wig.

Winkey is still soooo adorably funny!

Lol, sweet photo! I’ve seen a similar (maybe even the same?) pet-photo-with-Santa donation campaign going around in Ottawa, too.

Cute! I love how his fur kind of blends into Santa’s beard!

Hahaha! What an adorable photo! And an awfully young, handsome Santa! ;-)
It was sure entertaining doing pet-photos-with-Santa last Christmas. That was one looooong day. So many of the animals were terrified of Santa. Not the easiest thing, getting a decently cute photo while the dog or cat desperately scrambles out of the frame in terror …
