Things that are still hard for me to do:

Things that are getting easier for me to do:

Things that are, surprisingly enough, no longer an issue:

Wow I’m surprised at the number 1 on your list! I love replying emails, messages and calls asap! And what do you mean exactly by putting pride aside in matters of relationships? I have a feeling that’s not easy for me to do though. I’m so up myself. :P

Reply: I usually love receiving emails/messages/calls, but I hate replying them! As for putting pride aside in matters of relationships… I mean the sorts of things that are ridiculous in theory but somehow an issue - everything from calling/messaging/talking to them (as opposed to them calling/talking to/messaging *you*) to admitting feelings, and everything in between. It’s not easy. At all. In fact, the first couple times, its almost like ripping off a band-aid, hahaha.

Know what? I never wear a bra. I think bras are the most uncomfortable things EVER! :D I’ll wear a tight undershirt though. The only time I’m wearing a bra is in the summer - when I’m not wearing a lot anyways ;)

I don’t even answer the phone if it’s a number I don’t know… sad but true. Yesterday I managed to go to bed before midnight… so proud :)

Congrats on losing weight and being not too much perfectionist (when it doesn’t count).

Reply: I don’t usually answer the my cell phone unless it’s a number I know too! That’s what voicemail is for. ;) … And congrats on going to bed before midnight! I know firsthand how hard that is.

Oh there is so much on my list I’d love to manage to do or stop doing…

I agree on nr 3, 4 (so hard) and 8…oh.

I agree with Tracy about bras being so uncomfortable, yet i can’t leave the house without one. At home? At home I go nude people!!!

Reply: Hahahaha. I never go nude at home (it feels way too weird for me) but usually just in my underwear or barely any clothing, no matter what time of the day. :P In fact, I only ever bother to put on actual clothes if I’m leaving the house.

I agree with not being able to answer emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. I also have the tendency to sugarcoat things and have been told before to be truly honest about what I think.

That’s awesome about the weight loss. I have to work on that myself, not putting forth effort just means more pounds for me.

Reply: If you’re already eating fairly well, I’ve found that just not dwelling on it (losing weight) and doing the best you can, diet and exercise-wise seems to work pretty well. Ever noticed how as soon as you stop wanting or caring about something, it happens? (i.e., the minute you want to stay single, opportunities arise … whenever you’re not looking for jobs, you’re flooded with them, etc.) … Or maybe that’s just my odd luck. :P

Wow, everything on your list of hard things to do would be on my list of easy things to do, except for the one about going to bed before midnight XD and everything on your easy list is hard for me to do… wanna trade, puh-leez? :(

Going to bed before midnight is SO HARD. Even if you have to get up at the crack of dawn! Gah!
    Note - it’s currently 2:38am.

I also definitely need to work on eating slower and eating more often. My meals are always too far apart and I usually gobble them down before I even realize that I’m doing it. So bad!
