  • Surviving the inevitably awkward, “I promised I’d showed up to the birthday of friend of whom I have no other mutual friends with, so therefore I know no one here” situation.
  • Being careful about getting hopped up on false hope.
  • Family moments that bring us closer together.
  • Napping all afternoon.
  • French fries. I so rarely eat them that when I do, they’re delicious.
